I first looked at the Bowlus website after seeing the high praise in the Wall Street Journal. I remember going to the website and poring over the photos and diagrams, trying to figure out exactly how this was all put together and worked. The website piqued my interest and prompted me to pick up the phone, but really what sold us on the Bowlus were our interactions with the Bowlus team on the phone. It was a complete pleasure to speak to people who really know their product and were truly interested in ensuring we’d be happy. So refreshing! Our Bowlus is like a member of our family!
