1. The Springs at Borrego RV Resort and Golf Course, California
The Springs at Borrego is located in the stunning Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, northeast of San Diego in Borrego Springs. The resort features a David Pfaff designed 9-hole championship golf course that’s open to all RV guests. Built in 2003 by Thomas Fredericks, a celebrated golf course builder, the 36 par course features narrow fairways lined with palm trees, challenging sand traps, water features, and even an island green. You can practice your swing on the driving range, or even hone your skills by signing up for a lesson with an LPGA pro.

While The Springs at Borrego is a desert oasis for golfers, the resort offers a lot of other amenities and activities for campers. Grab a massage at the spa, or soak in the resort’s hot mineral baths or outdoor salt pool. The Springs also features two tennis courts, a pickleball center, a fitness center, and fishing opportunities. The course offers chipping and putting areas, and a driving range where you can hone your tee shot. The resort’s 7-acre lake offers challenges to golfers and provides a great place to practice your casting skills too – the fishing is great!
