Financing FAQ
Down Payment: Loans up to $149,999 require a minimum 10% cash down after adding sales tax and registration fees. Loans of $150,000 or higher may require a minimum 15% cash down after adding sales tax and registration fees.
Loan Terms: All rates are based on a 20-year RV loan. For loans greater than $50,000, you may deduct .25% to elect a 15-year term.
Loan Amount vs. Value: Posted rates are based on financing 95% of the sale price for scores 740+ or 85% of the sale price for scores 739 and below. Additional options are available, including increases for higher loan amounts and lesser loan amounts versus the sale price. price.
Loan Origination Fee: A $499 loan origination fee will be applied to all RV loans during closing.
Early Payoff: A $75 one-time fee is added anytime your loan is paid in full within the first 12 months; otherwise, there is no penalty for early loan payoff or additional principal payments.
