Reservation Terms & Conditions
Bowlus Reservation.
Thank you for placing your reservation for a Bowlus. By making your reservation, you are securing your approximate priority for delivery of your Bowlus:
1. A non-refundable $5,000.00 Reservation Payment will place you in the first priority queue for a Bowlus.
Order Process. While your Reservation secures the approximate delivery priority, it does not constitute the Vehicle Purchase Agreement or order of a Vehicle. As the start of production for your Reservation nears, you will be asked to configure your Bowlus. Bowlus will create an order for your vehicle based on your configuration and you will receive a Vehicle Purchase Agreement, requiring your signature, indicating the purchase price of the vehicle, not include any applicable taxes, official and governmental fees, transport and delivery charges and any other applicable fees. We will credit your Reservation Payment towards the final purchase price of the Vehicle. If you do not configure within 15 days of your invitation, your Reservation Payment will be forfeited.
If you have made a non-refundable $5,000.00 Reservation Payment, you will be given delivery priority with your order sent to the Bowlus factory. You acknowledge that the Reservation Payment amount is a fair and reasonable estimate of the actual damages that we have incurred or may incur, costs that are otherwise impracticable or extremely difficult to determine. We will credit your Reservation Payment towards the final purchase price of the Bowlus. You acknowledge that this Reservation Payment and this Agreement are not made or entered into in anticipation of or pending any conditional sale contract. When you send in your Reservation Payment you are agreeing to these Reservation Terms & Conditions.
Acknowledgements; Non-Transferable. You understand that we will not hold your Reservation Payment separately or in an escrow or trust fund or pay any interest on your Reservation Payment. Your Reservation is not transferable or assignable to another party without the prior written approval of Bowlus LLC. We may unilaterally cancel any order that we believe has been made with a view toward “flipping” of the Vehicle or that has otherwise been made in bad faith. Your deposit will be refunded in the event of a cancellation by Bowlus LLC.
